Michael Hill Customer Service Advisers Christmas Casual — Brisbane

With Christmas around the corner, we are currently seeking motivated Customer Service Christmas Casual staff to join the business for the festive season.

You will be joining a positive and supportive culture, full of passionate, performance driven individuals. You will act as the first point of contact, solving customer queries via email, social media and phone. You will be an excellent communicator, solutions focussed, full of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with a passion and willingness to deliver an amazing customer experience!

As well as being a positive and professional team player, you will have;

  • A minimum two years customer service experience (contact centre or retail experience)
  • Experience with handling complex customer interactions
  • The ability to personally resolve complaints
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to exceed individual performance targets
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Jewellery knowledge highly desirable

You will be working on a rota system up to 38 hours per week, between the hours of 7am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday plus some Sunday working (roster system) as required during peak sales period.
