Administration Coordinator – Christmas Casual

The roles require skills that cover:

  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Great admin/data entry skills
  • Ability to work as a team, and solo when required to

To be successful you must acquire/attain:

  • Ability to work with a team

  • Punctuality in attendance

  • Rights to work unlimited hours as the role is full-time casual basis

  • Strong written and verbal communication when dealing with internal staff, clients and customers

  • Be able to work at a fast yet co-operating manner

  • Attend an on-site interview with the site transport operations team

  • Commit to ongoing shift times of 09:00am to 05:00pm

  • Ability to solve transport issues following through with site policies in-place, and with the training provided

  • Ideal attitude of “I can do”

  • Minimum of two references

  • Experience in the transport or warehouse logistics

  • A responsible and honest attitude as candidate must report all daily activities to transport/site managers

The position is casual during Christmas period as it is peak season, however there is potential to remain a long-term position within site’s transport management should applicant exceed client expectations in field of work.
