Job Description

This is a fast paced Customer Service position, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Answering customer enquires via phone or face-to-face
• Creating and distributing gift cards
• Payment handling
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the desk

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrated customer service experience from a reception or even retail background. Above all, you will need to exemplify a friendly and approachable demeanour with a willingness to work and learn. You will also:

• Be highly organised and demonstrate attention to detail
• Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Be customer service focused, proactive and be an excellent communicator
• Being available to work on weekends is a must
• Ability to develop extensive knowledge regarding the location and details of the premises

What's on Offer

• A casual role needing availability during for all the below dates;

Monday 16 Dec - 10am to 6pm Monday 23 Dec - 9am to 2pm Tuesday 24 Dec - 8am to 5pm Thursday 26 Dec - 7am to 2pm (penalty rates apply)
