  TCSA Retail Award: Hourly rates starting from: $17.55 per hour (17yrs) to $28.31 per hour (21+yrs) inclusive of casual loading, plus Weekend Penalties and Public Holiday loading where applicable This is truly unique retail work – Based at Taronga Zoo, Mosman!!

With Taronga’s busy School holiday period around the corner, we are seeking casual Retail Staff to join our dynamic team! Immediate start date available! We’re looking for energetic new starters who can hit the group running and provide top notch Taronga Zoo service for guests visiting the zoo!

About the Role…

• Shifts typically range from 930am till 430pm, 10:30am till 3pm, 11am till 4pm, 12:30pm till 5:30pm and 9am till 5:30pm
• You should have 4 days availability over a 7-day roster 3 to 4 shifts per week on offer!
• Enhance the guest experience and maximise retail sales by providing excellent customer service in Taronga’s retail stores.

About You…

We are looking for candidates that have/ are willing to:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• The ability to positively engage with a range of guests including children
• To be active – you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
• The availability to work flexible hours, we’re open 7 days per week
• NSW Working with Children Check
• Willingness to work across key Taronga Events, such as School Holiday period, Vivid, Twilight, School Holidays, New Year’s Eve etc
• We encourage you to apply if you are 17 years and older
• All on the job training provided
