In August 2018, Lovisa HQ released a video with tips on the questions they expect you to answer in your recruitment video. There are three questions you will need to answer:

• Do you love fashion? Do you love styling? Do you love accessorising? Are you a frequent shopper at Lovisa?
• What does the phrase 'It's about her, always', mean to you? (TIP: the recruiters at Lovisa HQ would love if you considered 'her' as the customer. Base your answer around this!) Would you love to provide a seamless customer experience for every customer?
• What three skills can you bring to us at Lovisa? (Are you a great communicator? Are you able to talk to anybody? Are you great at organising? Or are you a positive person with a positive attitude?
