Merivale is a collective of restaurants and bars in Sydney, and there's a good chance if you have been here that you would have been to one! They own venues such as Mr Wong, Felix, Bert's, Queen Chow and Coogee Pavillion.

Merivale actually started as a Sydney Thai tea cafe in 1970, and is owned and run by the Hemmes family.

We've noticed that there are usually a surge in jobs that pop up in October hiring extra waitstaff, bartenders for the Summer.
