Retail Assistant - Christmas Casual — Bondi

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Christmas Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Bondi store! This position will be temporary to support our store over the Christmas period from the beginning of November to the end of January.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• An interest in sustainable and subculture driven lifestyle clothing and fashion
• Natural passion and enthusiasm for customer service, with the ability to create a relaxed and enjoyable shopping environment
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
• An ability to deliver against KPIs, particularly sales figures and conversion targets
• Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working closely with our Byron Bay-based HQ team

Retail experience is desirable but not essential as we’ll teach you all you need to know!
