The Opposite of a Summer Job

The opposite of a summer job is a... WINTER job!

Lots of people get winter jobs in the Australian ski fields. And many jobs include free ski lift passes, food discounts, accommodation discounts and more!

The official winter season starts on the June long weekend and runs through till the long weekend in October.

Job start dates vary, but most start in June and finish late September.

Perisher alone hires over 1,200 staff every winter across Perisher, Smiggins Hole, Thredbo, Blue Cow and Guthega.
